Woodfords Family Services in Manchester, ME seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Early Childhood Services and SPPS programs. This full-time on-site role (40 hours/week) offers a starting salary of $77,500 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and supervisory opportunities.

You will evaluate and develop behavior plans, provide data-driven consultations to staff and caregivers, and support curriculum development across preschool and K-5 sites, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification in ABA is required.
• Experience developing and monitoring ABA programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience working with individuals with severe interfering behaviors.

Responsabilités

• Provide evaluation, assessment and data collection.
• Develop and implement behavior plans and programs.
• Train staff and caregivers in intervention strategies.
• Provide onsite supervision to classroom Ed Techs and supervise program fidelity.
