Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.
Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to ensure Aspire’s standards, best practice standards, and regulatory standards are met. It is essential that the BA participates in agency wide, state specific and stakeholder committees as assigned. When applicable, the BA will participate in the on‑call rotation as assigned. Depending on service provision standards, may have oversight of other areas, including behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices, such as seclusions or environmental restrictions. Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload.
