Job summary

Aspire Child & Family Services seeks a Program Coordinator to support our Behavior Consultants and provide BACB supervision hours. The role includes direct 1:1 service as a BHT to a small caseload, training support, and aiding up to four BCBAs.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a master’s in ABA, with at least one year in ABA, strong communication, organization, and willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in (minimum of 12 credit hours required) or have completed a master’s degree in ABA.
  • At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to provide both positive and coaching feedback.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of the philosophy and mission of the organization.
  • Must have an automobile, current driver’s license, and clear driving record check. (Up to 75% travel within an assigned territory)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
  • Support up to four BCBAs with oversite of cases, behavior plan development, data analysis, behavior plan modification, assessments, treatment plan writing, and/or other clinical needs.

  • Maintain knowledge of current Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) research and BACB task list items.
  • Keep records, according to requirements of the BACB, of supervision hours and covered topics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Travel:

This position may require up to 75% travel. Aspire CFS headquarters is located in Huntingdon Valley PA, but clients are in Eastern Montgomery County and/or Bucks County.
