Aspire Child & Family Services seeks a Program Coordinator to support our Behavior Consultants and provide BACB supervision hours. The role includes direct 1:1 service as a BHT to a small caseload, training support, and aiding up to four BCBAs.
The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a master’s in ABA, with at least one year in ABA, strong communication, organization, and willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.

Aspire is seeking aProgram Coordinatorwho will support our existing Behavior Consultants while receiving Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) supervision for both direct and indirect hours. This role is responsible for providing some 1:1 direct service to clients, assisting the Training Director, and supporting up to four BCBAs.
This position may require up to 75% travel. Aspire CFS headquarters is located in Huntingdon Valley PA, but clients are in Eastern Montgomery County and/or Bucks County.
