Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Las Vegas team. You will provide high-quality behavioral consultation and intervention services, developing individualized treatment plans to support children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

  • Must be a BCBA or in the process of completing a certification program
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and ability to learn new technology

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral consultation and intervention services to our clients.
