Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our clinical team who are dedicated to improving outcomes for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise therapists, design ABA curricula, and implement data-driven changes to each program, while communicating progress to families and collaborating with program leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on client work, reports, and ongoing training for parents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a field related to behavior analysis or special education.
  • Active BCBA certification from BACB.
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
  • Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
  • Design behavior intervention plans.
  • Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
  • Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
  • Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
  • Regular communication with parents.
  • Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
  • Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
  • Provide parent and staff training.
