Job summary

Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Central Orlando team, delivering ABA therapy to children in school and home settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families alongside BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Background check and Level II fingerprinting required.
• Must hold active RBT certification from BACB.
• Must have an active Medicaid Provider ID.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate families on behavior management techniques for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Availability for full-time (25–35+ hours/week)
