Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks a BCBA to deliver center and in-home ABA services in Georgia. This part-time role requires late-day availability (3:00pm and later) and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, train technicians, monitor data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs in implementing therapy techniques.
• Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
