Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services remotely within Georgia or within 50 miles of Georgia’s borders. The role includes supervision, parent training, and collaboration with a treatment team.

You will conduct assessments, design adaptive programs, and supervise ABA technicians while ensuring fidelity of goals and clinical oversight for intervention plans. Georgia LBA eligibility and BACB supervisor training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state limits.
• BCBA certification with minimum 3 months of experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headset, laptop, phone).
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to be an effective agent of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS...).
• Design and update behavioral programs to fit learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of behavior plans.
• Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals.
• Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.

Location: Remote in the state of Georgia or 50 miles from the limits of Georgia

Job Type: Hourly Behavioral Health Field (BH Field) is an ABA Practice, providing heart-centered ABA focused on NET at home, and in the community when appropriate; we are now starting to focus on the principles of NDBI, as well.

Responsibilities at BH Field:

• Provide ABA services, Supervision, and Parent training for children with Autism, IDD and their caregivers.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS...).
• Design and update behavioral programs to fill the learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals
• Responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans
