Blue Jay ABA in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role. You will lead clinical services, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to design and implement effective ABA programs.

This position offers strong clinical leadership, ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team focused on delivering outstanding care while promoting work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
• Conduct Parent Training sessions
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
