Blue Jay ABA, based in Goldsboro, NC, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to improve outcomes for children. You will design individualized treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and ensure rigorous data collection and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
• Conduct Parent Training sessions
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
• Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
