Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a BCBA in Wilmington, North Carolina, to lead clinical care and guide our RBTs and families. You will supervise teams, develop treatment plans, and monitor data to drive outcomes for children receiving ABA services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and a supportive administrative structure designed to remove barriers and enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required or in process.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs.
  • Strong clinical leadership and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and supervise BBTs/RBTs.
  • Create and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs.
  • Conduct Parent Training sessions.
  • Develop and monitor data collection for treatment goals.
  • Coordinate care with other professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with ABA best practices.
  • Promote work-life balance within the team.
