Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services. You will manage a small caseload and supervise RBTs in varied settings, building individualized treatment plans and collaborating with families and educators.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 1 year ABA experience.
  • Ability to supervise RBTs in schools and homes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with educators and families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small, thoughtful caseload (7–10 clients).
  • Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to track progress.
  • Uphold ethical and compliance standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time Hourly

Pay Rate: $70–$85/hour
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (10–20 billable hours/week)
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
