Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role in Milpitas, CA. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 10–20 billable hours per week and pay of $70–$85 per hour.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans while collaborating with educators and families to support meaningful progress with a focus on ethics and compassionate care.

Qualifications
