Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role. The position offers a flexible schedule with 10–20 billable hours per week, and a hybrid work model combining remote and in-person duties.

You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and educators to drive meaningful progress, all while maintaining ethical and compliant practice.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (remote and in-person).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of children and families.
  • Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth).
  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
