House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role. This position offers a flexible schedule with 10–20 billable hours per week and a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-person work.

You will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans, all while maintaining ethical standards and collaborating with families and educators. Minimum one year of ABA experience required.
