Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide respectful, evidence-based ABA services with a flexible schedule and a small caseload. You’ll supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and schools to support meaningful progress.

This role offers hybrid work (remote and in-person), 10–20 billable hours per week, and competitive hourly pay of $70–$85. You’ll join a mission-driven team that values heart-first care and work–life balance.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required with at least 1 year ABA experience.
  • Strong collaboration with families and educators is essential.
  • Able to supervise RBTs and design individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small caseload of children and families
  • Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth)
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
