Titan Placement Group in Flint, Michigan is seeking a licensed BCBA to conduct functional behavior assessments, design evidence-based interventions, and train families and staff. You will lead with clinical autonomy while receiving full support from a dedicated team.

Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a caseload of 8–10 children primarily ages 2–12. Competitive benefits include medical and life insurance, 401(k), and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Salary: $72,998.22–$94,040.96
