Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role emphasizes ethical care, trauma-informed approaches, and ongoing clinical growth through mentorship and training.

Expect realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, and flexible schedules including work-from-home days. Collaboration with SLP-BCBAs and a strong RBT training program are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience with a variety of ages.
• Strong expressive and receptive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Explain assessment results and recommendations to families clearly.

Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
