Job summary

B Above in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services. We offer part-time or full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and clinical staff, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance. Join a clinician-focused team that values leadership and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities
