Job summary

BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA therapy for children and families. The role focuses on assessments, individualized treatment planning, and data-driven progress tracking within a collaborative care team.

Candidates should have BCBA certification and experience with autism and developmental disabilities, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
