BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families in Colorado.

As a BCBA, you will supervise and train behavior technicians, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while prioritizing HIPAA compliance and data-driven decisions. Join a team focused on balance, ongoing professional development, and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
Experience supervising and conducting diagnostic evaluations.
Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
