BEST BUDS ABA THERAPY is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Denver. You will assess, plan, and oversee ABA therapy for children and families.

This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Ability to conduct patient assessments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
• Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
