Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Charlotte, NC is hiring a BCBA to lead in-home therapy teams with weekday schedules and no nights or weekends. You’ll conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to reach home and community goals.

We offer a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including 23 paid days off, 401(k) with match, CEU stipend, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in-home and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
