Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring a BCBA to lead clinical services in the Matthews, NC area. Conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs in home settings.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and WFH options. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on offer. Join a supportive, clinician-led team focused on exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
