Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring a full-time BCBA in Winston-Salem, NC to lead clinical care and supervise a team of therapists. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver clinic-based ABA therapy while supporting families with home and community goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
