BABAT is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Pediatrics Team in Brockton, MA. The role involves observing and analyzing behavior, conducting functional assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans.

You will collaborate with staff and families, train team members, and support clients in home, work, and community settings. New grads welcome with at least a minimal salary below; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package, 32-hour/week potential and career development

Competenze

• Must hold a Master's degree in ABA, psychology or related field.
• LABA license is required and BCBA certification is essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, compassionate approach.

• Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
• Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
• Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• LABA License required
• BCBA Certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish a plus!
