Mentor South Bay seeks a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts to observe, analyze, and document behavior challenges across individuals and teams. You will conduct functional assessments, develop and implement service plans, and create tailored treatment plans to improve outcomes in home, school, and community settings.
The role requires a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, LABA license, and a valid driver’s license.
