Job summary

Little Rays ABA is a family-centered therapy provider focused on helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach their fullest potential. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to create lasting outcomes in Florida.

The BCBA will supervise teams, conduct assessments, and coordinate with schools to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families.
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) all over Florida. We have full time and part time positions. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
