Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA for clinical leadership in Belmont, NC. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and has experience with children. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Conduct treatment plan reviews.
• Offer feedback and modeling to RBTs.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill‑acquisition programs
• Analyze data and make data‑driven treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Treatment plan reviews
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Passion for helping children and families
