Job summary

ABA Express seeks a passionate, creative BCBA to join our growing team in Colorado. You will mentor paraprofessionals, conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, implement treatments, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
