We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. In this role, you will provide expert behavioral analysis and intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder. Your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress in communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Design and oversee behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent implementation of interventions across settings.
• Perform client assessments, intake evaluations, and behavioral health screenings to determine appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessments including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).
• Proven experience in data collection, behavior intervention implementation, and behavioral psychological assessments.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.
• Prior experience working in clinical or center-based settings with children who have developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
