Job summary

Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will design and supervise individualized behavior therapy plans, mentor BCaBAs and RBTs, and contribute to program growth.

You will conduct assessments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain detailed records, and stay current with best practices while traveling to clients' homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
• 0 years minimum experience in autism-specific services.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed.
• Strong clinical and analytical skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices to continuously improve services

Requirements:
