Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. This full-time school-based role focuses on supporting students with behavioral and social-emotional needs within inclusive educational settings.

You will collaborate with psychologists, teachers, and families to implement FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven interventions, while coaching RBTs and staff in evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
  • Massachusetts DESE licensure is required.
  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing school-based behavioral consultation.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams.
  • Experience supporting students with social-emotional, behavioral, and special education needs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations.
  • Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems.
  • Provide classroom-based behavioral support and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation regarding behavior management strategies.
  • Assist with crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, and postvention planning.
