Job summary

Beyond Autism Services in Chester County, PA is seeking a motivated BCBA to join a collaborative team providing ABA, Speech, and OT services to children on the autism spectrum.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, review data, and train families to support progress, while maintaining a client-centered approach and strong ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • LBS in Pennsylvania required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Review clinical data and monitor client progress.
  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates per BACB requirements.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will play an important role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Review clinical data and monitor client progress
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration
  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Deliver high‑quality, ethical, and client‑centered ABA services
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data
  • Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
