Job summary

Beyond Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team providing ABA, Speech, and OT services to children on the autism spectrum. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and support families with training and ongoing clinical oversight.

We offer a supportive environment with leadership supervision, manageable caseloads, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • LBS in the State of Pennsylvania required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Review clinical data and monitor client progress
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical collaboration
  • Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements
  • Deliver high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data
  • Promote client safety, confidentiality, and dignity
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What You\'ll Do

As a BCBA, you will play an important role in developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include:
