Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Kids and Family is looking for dedicated, motivated, and compassionate BCBAs to join our growing team! We are a warm, supportive, and collaborative company providing services to children and families throughout Philadelphia.

We work with children and young adults across a wide range of ages and developmental needs up to age 21, with a specialty focus on early childhood and young elementary‑aged children. Our program is rooted in ethical, child‑led ABA that prioritizes meaningful relationships, individualized care, and helping children thrive in their natural environments.

Position Summary

As part of our ABA team, you will oversee and support individualized treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. Our BCBAs collaborate closely with families, behavior technicians, educators, and multidisciplinary providers to create meaningful goals that support communication, emotional regulation, social engagement, adaptive functioning, independence, play skills, and overall quality of life.

We value relationship‑based, assent‑focused care and strive to create therapy experiences that are engaging, respectful, and centered around each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians
  • Monitor client progress and make data‑driven program modifications
  • Complete re‑evaluations, progress reports, and treatment updates
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers
  • Provide caregiver training and support
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Support children across home, school, daycare, and community settings
Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license (LBS)
  • Experience working with IBHS‑ABA and CBH preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Passionate, dedicated, and eager to make a meaningful impact
  • Organized, conscientious, and committed to ethical ABA practices
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA, LBS, LBA, BSC, behavior analyst, behavior consultant, behavior specialist, board certified behavior analyst, BCBA‑D and in applied behavior analysis and ABA therapy may make you a great fit!
