Job summary

Little Rays ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs across Florida. The role involves overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and technicians, and partnering with families to drive meaningful progress for children with ASD.

The successful candidate will hold a current BCBA, have a Master’s degree in a related field, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for helping children with ASD and their families
• Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) all over Florida. We have full time and part time positions. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
