Job summary

Kids First in Amherst/Buffalo is hiring BCBAs to join our growing clinic team. This in-person position is based at our Amherst, NY clinic and requires residency in the Buffalo area, with NY LBA eligibility.

You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children aged 3–18, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role emphasizes BACB-aligned practice and professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required for eligibility.
• NY LBA (or eligibility) required for practice in NY.
• Experience leading BCBA teams in ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.

We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000** per year, foreligible**candidates.

Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re currently hiring BCBAs to join our team as we continue increasing services at our Amherst/Buffalo Clinic!

Please note: This is an in-person position based out of our Amherst, Buffalo clinic and is not a remote role.

We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services.
