Job summary

Kids First is expanding its team and seeks Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy across the Buffalo area. This role allows you to make a real impact while building a fulfilling career with ongoing support and growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for providing individualized therapy, collaborating with a BCBA, and ensuring a safe environment. RBT certification is required within 3 weeks, making this position ideal for those wanting to advance in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred, not mandatory.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks.
• Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills.
