Job summary

Kids First is expanding and hiring BCBAs to join our team. This role is fully remote, with most sessions after school hours, serving children ages 3–18 in Utah and New York.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates who possess a Medicaid ID or are bilingual. You must live in the USA and have Utah or NY LBA.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certificate in good standing.
  • Experience providing in-home ABA services.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet after-school hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services for children aged 3–18.
  • Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation following BACB guidelines.

Hello from Kids First, We’re offering a competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000** per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible** candidates in Utah. Kids First is expanding — with two clinics in New York and growth into five additional states — and we’re hiring BCBAs to join our team! We do believe in manageable caseloads, building strong teams between BCBA’s and BTs for a long-term sustainable service for the families we provide services, along with a full support to our BCBA’s in-house, so they can focus on the quality of services. At Kids First, we’re committed to supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what matters most — helping children and families thrive.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
  • Conduct assessments (remote), develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • Mentor and support your team through ongoing feedback and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.
  • Enjoy flexibility — most sessions take place after school hours, and the position is fully remote.
  • Utah or NY LBA is required.
  • You must live in the USA.

The sign-on bonus applies to candidates who also possess a valid Medicaid ID and/or are bilingual (speaking languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali).
