Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, in-person role in Summerville, SC. The 20-hour school-year position focuses on developing and implementing behavior plans, data-driven progress, and collaboration with educators to support student success.

You will design crisis plans, conduct FBAs/BIPs, and work with a team to align behavioral goals with IEPs. Licensure expenses, liability insurance, and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have National BCBA Certification.
• Experience with behavior management and data collection.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety.
• Implement data collection systems for behavior goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators.
• Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices.
