Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Yelm, WA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in school settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs aligned with IEPs, and supervise RBTs and paraeducators in collaboration with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, and OTs.

This role emphasizes data-driven interventions, ethics compliance, and robust documentation, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits under a W-2 arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs in accordance with guidelines.

  • Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior technicians.
  • Establish data-collection systems and analyze progress.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
  • Maintain assessments and supervision records while following ethics codes.
