Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a school-based position in Summerville, SC. The role is part-time, in-person, 20 hours for the 2026-2027 school year, with a caseload of 1st to 8th grade students.

What You’ll Do

• Part-time position, in-person only
• Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs)
• Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety
• Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets
• Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices

What We’re Looking For

MUST HAVE:

• National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience with behavior management, and data collection
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
