The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role located in Stanhope, NJ. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior support and treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies for individuals receiving services. Daily responsibilities include monitoring progress through data collection, analyzing behavioral data, and adjusting interventions as needed to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. The BCBA will provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other team members, collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency across settings, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance, and contributing to ongoing program improvement.
