Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in the Springfield area.

You’ll supervise the full therapy process from assessment and treatment planning to staff coaching and parent collaboration, with options for in-person or hybrid work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.

• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
