Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration, across in-person and hybrid settings.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and families.

• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
