Job summary

Ambitions ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in the Springfield & Fall River, MA area. You will oversee the full therapy process from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
