Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in the Springfield & Fall River area, expanding to nearby states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents, while coordinating with teachers and other service providers.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care that helps children reach developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
