Job summary

Behavior Interventions is seeking passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA services across Lancaster County, PA. The role includes clinical assessment and intervention, documentation, supervision, and collaboration with a care team in home, school, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • State licenses PA/LBA NJ where applicable.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Willingness to see families afternoons/evenings (3–4 times/week) and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA principles.
  • Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions.
  • Maintains written documentation in CentralReach and related sites.
  • Engages in professional development and supervision activities.
  • Utilizes behavior-analytic techniques to teach skills and reduce problem behaviors.
  • Collaborates with the program team to train and coach staff.
