Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across PA in Bethlehem, Allentown, Fleetwood, Reading, Harrisburg, and other cities.

We offer a 40-hour work week with 25 billable hours, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for supervision and professional development. Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) sought for full-time or part-time roles.

• 40-hour work week with 25 billable-hour expectation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based services across in-home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and supervise junior staff as needed.
